The support team sent me a photo of all the mat, and I agreed, it looks fine in the photo. I asked for 1st, 2nd and 3rd seat row mat, it took time to be delivered. How this company uses Trustpilot Learn about Trustpilot’s review process.

Not a good first experience.

• Company will call you and try to get you to take down your negative review – if this happens to you then at least wait til you see the refunded monies hit your account – the refund email is nonsense…
• Customer service is top notch!
• Have not received any correspondence from Top Flight, no order number or any details of my order and cannot find a telephone number to contact them.
• Absolutely rubbish customer service.
• The company have blamed me, posting from France and on here COVID to customers too.

Seems like that isn’t the first time either. I suggest you look for second hand devices and never give this company another dime. Customer service mainly only tells me how I’m in the wrong and how much of an ass I’m being for complaining, and that they have a lot of work to do.

• Making people wait 20 days for a replacement if it’s lost or damaged during shipping is terrible.
• Paid for expedited shipping, and it’s 13 days in currently on waiting and the package appears to be jumping around the US randomly.
• The quality is outstanding and I love buying clothes that are from Europe.

So no item and no return money, must call to your bank.Great company Sounds like the company doesn’t care about other people’s time, and is likely severely understaffed if they have to operate this way. Amazing products and customer service

And very shortsighted because as a mum of 3 boys I am sure I would have purchased more shirts from them. I requested a refund and 50% was offered. Looking at their website it simply stated returns needed to be approved and within 15 days of receipt.

Seen this happen before with cheap shipping methods that utilize multiple methods of shipment and overly convoluted shipping methods with tons of random stops. That company is on here as well and they have a abysmal score. Shipping company used appears to be OSM Worldwide in GLENDALE HEIGHTS, IL 60139.
I am yet to receive a refund for an order they couldn’t fulfill. It seems a few of their customers are having the same issue I am. People like this need to be caught and made to pay back all the money they are stealing My order wasn’t fulfilled and was promised a refund which I’m still waiting for over a month later. Hope this helps everyone else that is due money back from these cowboys.
